About Siam Ink
Drawing and painting have always come naturally to studio owner Ong. His artistic abilities led him to an interest in tattoo at a young age. After receiving his first tattoo in his early 20’s, Ong then began to teach himself the art of tattoo; first with Thai traditional bamboo and then with electric machine.
In 2002, Ong came to Phuket and worked at various studios around the island. After a 4 month period of working in Australia, Ong returned to Phuket with his partner in 2008, and Siam Ink was born.
Since the opening of Siam Ink, Ong has been privileged enough to work across Europe, Asia and Australia. Having brought home several international tattooing awards, Ong has carved out a name for himself as a pioneering force in Thailand’s tattoo industry.
This international experience and high standards is what keeps the incredible quality of artwork coming out of Siam Ink. All of the artists that work at Siam Ink are handpicked by Ong, and guaranteed to blow your mind with their creations.
